The Volunteer Action Centre of Kitchener Waterloo and Area is a registered charity that has developed our community’s capacity for volunteerism since 1984. We create and facilitate resources and relationships between our members (registered charities and not-for-profits) and the community. These resources include: our (500+ position strong & updated daily) volunteer opportunity database, sharing best practices through Executive Directors’ and Volunteer Managers’ Networks, and regional training via VAC and the Waterloo Wellington Learning Alliance.
