This programme was started by Daniel Vlad, a competitive freestyle wrestler and an international coach, a former National Romanian Champion and National team member. Daniel is the Chief Instructor for the Vlad Wrestling Association and is running Student & Instructor level programmes at several MMA clubs in the UK and has also coached UFC fighters including Brad Pickett, Dan Hardy and Oli Thompson.
