1.How to import media sources?
a.Download media sources by adding access server;
b.Sync media contents from iTunes;
c.Open Wi-Fi transfer interface by clicking Wi-Fi Transfer at the System Menu, open FTP service, and then manage your iPad contents via any FTP client;

2.Why I cannot access FTP, Samba server?
a.Make sure Wi-Fi is correctly connected;
b.Make sure the FTP or Samba server is running;
c.Make sure you type in correct server address, server IP address and other required information;
d.Make sure you’re permitted to access the server.

3.How to play the video from where I stopped last time?
