VaultDragon is an integrated urban storage company that provides affordable, secure and on-demand storage solutions with flexible terms. We aim to become the “Dropbox” of physical storage, simplifying the storage process while allowing users to deposit, manage and retrieve their belongings on the go with our web and mobile applications.

Why Vault Dragon?

With space constraints and rising cost of residential and commercial space in Singapore, people are finding it increasingly challenging to manage the space they occupy and are turning to self-storage facilities for solutions. However, the existing self-storage model is:

- Cost-inefficient: Storage units start at $50 per month (10 square feet). This relatively high entry cost is perceived as "expensive" for users who are looking to store only a few boxes of items. In addition, most existing users overestimated their storage requirements are paying for additional space which they do not occupy.

- Troublesome: Many of the self-storage operators are not located near users’ home or office and many spend their weekends organising items at their storage units.

- Inflexible: Minimum lease term starts at one month and users are unable to adjust the size of their storage units within this period.

Vault Dragon changes the economics of physical storage by providing scalable, cost-effective space solutions through our on-demand "vaults" (durable, waterproof and hermetic boxes) and intuitive app-based inventory management dashboards.

We simplify the storage process so that users can order our “vaults” online, fill them and schedule free pickup, taking the lifting, truck-packing and transporting out of users’ hands.

Users can then manage their belongings through Vault Dragon’s personalised dashboard, which keeps an inventory of images for the contents of each box in users’ accounts, including tagged descriptions, allowing users to locate the particular box they need without requiring someone to open it and rifle through its contents. We store users’ belongings in a secure location until they are needed again, and provide delivery services to any address in Singapore.

With no minimum storage volume, deposits or minimum storage term, we take the guesswork out of the storage process and provide users with complete control to quickly scale capacities, both up and down, as their space needs change. At $0.40/box per day, we have lowered the price point of entry significantly, and users are now assured that they pay only for the actual space used and for the specific duration.
