uReply is a classroom communication system for use with iPhone and iPad. In other words, teacher asks a question in the classroom computer and students input answers via the uReply app. The system supports multiple-choice type of questions and short questions which require students to input text. Students’ feedback is collected and analyzed in the format of graphs or tables. Teachers then have the option to show performance back to the class right there in the classroom for enhanced learning effect. Records of the class activities are also retrievable in the system by teachers at a later time.

For the time being, the service is available only to teachers and students at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). The app will not be useful to the general public.
