Application Description
urCollection is a business application for iPad which allows you to have a controlled and secure distribution of corporate documentation.
Workers are always going to have the documents updated!
The management of urCollection is performed in a web console that permits you, among other options:
- Manage documents and their covers, conveying a professional image
- Categorize documents
- Define access of each document through users and groups
- Indicate if the document can be printed, mailed or opened with an external application
- Change the colors of the UI following the corporate image of the company
For using urColletion the user should enter the login credentials. The system allows you to define the period of time that a user can work without having to re-identify again.
The document downloading can be configured to start after user login or on demand. Once these documents are downloaded, they can be accessed offline.
urCollection allows visualizing the following types of documents:
- iWork: Pages, Numbers, Keynote
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- PDF
- Images
- Audio: MP3, AAC-LC
- Video: MOV, MP4, MPV, 3GP
- Others: text, CSV, RTF
