The Uplinq™ 2013 Conference App is the official mobile app available for registered participants of the Uplinq 2013 conference. Get the most out of the Uplinq conference with features that will help you discover, connect and play during the conference.
Stay up to date on all conference-related activities with a live aggregated social media news feed. Find scheduled events that are of interest with detailed information and add them to your schedule with quick access to My Schedule. The app will send reminders so you never miss your scheduled session. And the conference map will help you find your way around.
You also will be able to discover the latest Qualcomm® technologies from within the conference app.
The app uses Qualcomm’s Gimbal™ context aware platform to provide you with relevant information throughout the conference. We are including a beacon with your registration badge and it is yours to keep! By using the beacon, you can automatically check in to events, find out who is already there and even receive coupons from local businesses near the hotel.
You will be able to rate sessions and speakers, share opinions, and even let conference goers know which sessions you plan to attend. Additional features include:
•Connect with others via the list of registered conference attendees
•Manage and supplement your user profile to better showcase yourself to other conference attendees
