As a landlord or management company you sign-up in our application and contact us at help@upayrent.com to have us activate your account.
1.) Enter your account and routing number
2.) Add your apt units.
3.) Click "Send Sign-up request" to each tenant.
4.)They sign-up and are paying you rent immediately.
