UnRollit is a useful tool for establishing the length of any rolled material – without the need to unroll it.

Simply enter the roll diameter, the core diameter, and either the material thickness or the number of coils, and UnRollit will calculate the material length. Add in the roll width, and UnRollit will also calculate the area.

The “Number of Coils” option is useful when the material thickness is unknown, and the number of coils is easily counted. This is particularly useful for calculating how much carpet is left on the roll, for example.

Units can be set to metric (mm/m) or imperial (in/ft).

Note: UnRollit does not take into account confounding variables such as shrinkage or stretch, thickness inconsistencies or roll tension variation.
