The United Asset Management App is an easy to use tool to manage and conduct property inspections. Whether you are an independent inspector or an assessment agency, now you don’t need to fill lengthy forms and add all data on computer later. The app will allow you to directly collect data on-site and conduct a property inspection without carrying any forms. The app works in both online and offline mode and is connected to a central server to view and print reports. You will be able to include interior and exterior inspection, take photos and upload/save them on your device and online system. This app allows efficient and accurate inspections of properties and allows the inspectors to double their productivity by using this innovative app.
