Hold down the green button to reveal your daily affirmation and effectively use the app by repeating the statement out loud. Saying the affirmation in front of a mirror is even better. It's been scientifically proven that the more stimuli your mind has, the more your mind will retain the information. By vocalizing in front of a mirror, you stimulate sight and sound.

When you view your affirmation, a sun icon will show up. Tap on that sun and your affirmation will be saved. Tap on the flower and then the "Favorites" button to view all your saved favorites. To delete a favorite, swipe an affirmation in the Favorites list to reveal the delete button.

Whether you call it "affirmatiom", "afirmations", or "affrmations", let these positive declarations become truth in your subconscious mind as you think about it throughout the day.

To view the affirmations in Chinese, the device's language settings must be set to Simplified or Traditional Chinese.
