Through the uMessages App, you can use text messaging to ask us questions, similar to calling UnitedHealthcare on the phone. Our representatives will look into your question, text you back, or give you a call; with no waiting on hold. Note, only members who have been invited to participate will be able to log in to the uMessages App.
