Tips on gameplay:
If you are in the habit of using the flat of your thumb as you would in real life, try using the tip near your thumbnail. This lets you see the thumbnail of the blue image representing your thumb. Try that before using the new Hit setting (see What's New below) to keep the game more challenging and realistic.
You can play without the bloodied and battered images by changing the Image Setting to Normal.
With the Audio Setting On, you can hear a contact sound when you hit your opponent that is different from when he hits you.

Actually thumb wrestle your iPhone by playing in the middle of the action instead of using a controller off the game field! We’ve used almost every interactive feature of the Phone/iTouch to get as close to the real thing as possible! You’ll need to watch, listen, shake, tilt, tap and swipe to beat this game.
Pin your opponent 10 times to win a match, but beware, losing means a bruising! Each loss beats and bruises your thumb, eventually wearing it down to the bone!
Listen carefully to hear the different strikes you or your opponent create when making contact. It might just be the clue that helps you survive. Contact sounds become more liquid as thumbs become more bloodied!
Both you and your opponent can slip away once you're pinned. How do you stop your opponent? How do you slip away yourself? We're not telling girlie-man. Look in the hints if you're not tough enough.
