Peak Sun hours are often used to estimate the potential output from solar energy generator installations.
UK Peak Sun uses historic weather data from a network of UK weather stations. Just select a weather station for peak sun hours at and around that location. Alternatively, ask UK Peak Sun to find your nearest weather station for local peak sun hours (find nearest requires network connection).
UK Peak Sun also automatically estimates energy outputs for typical solar photovoltaic electricity generation systems at the selected location.
