Connect, Exchange, Make

UAL Exchange promotes collaboration at London’s leading arts and
design university — the University of the Arts London. Offering the
UAL community an easy to use platform to exchange skills and continue
making and creating, Exchange allows students and staff to post if
they want and/or can offer a particular skill, prompting
cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge share.

Whether you are a Product Designer at Central Saint Martins that needs
compelling copy to launch your latest project or a Fine Artist at
Chelsea that would like advice on taking high quality photos for your
website, Exchange puts you in contact with the wealth of talent that
exists across UAL’s six colleges.

How it works:
UAL Exchange uses your LinkedIn account upon registration to create
your personal profile and compile your list of potential collaborators
— other users that have downloaded the app. Once registered you can
edit your profile, add images to your portfolio gallery and feature
any skills you have or are looking for. Once you have found someone
you are interested in collaborating, simply send a message through the
app’s ‘Connect’ function to begin connecting and creating with others.
