STOP worry about your dataplan limit!

TXT-TTC is an iPhone application that will find you the nearest bus stops by locating your current location via GPS. It will allow you to send a pre-populated SMS text message to Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) for a specific stop and receive a real-time reply with the expected arrival time of up to the next six buses/streetcars at that stop. This application will require you to turn on the Location Service on iPhone and will send SMS through your iPhone. This application is designed not to use any data plan and only use regular SMS service from your wireless service provider. You can also add a specific stop to the "My Favorites" tab. This allows you to store and access your frequently used stops faster.
