Training Within Industry Pocket Instruction Cards

These TWI training pocket instruction cards will always be in easy reach when you have your phone. You can flip cards with the swipe of a finger or go back to the main menu by swiping down vertically or laying down your phone. Your TWI Coach or Trainer will encourage you to keep the TWI training cards with you, and to reference them frequently.

TWI was a program that was created when the United States entered World War 2 and needed the best possible training systems to get new workers up to speed in the shortest period of time. It did the job and gave the US one of the highest productivity spikes ever. TWI was taken to Japan to assist in their rebuilding after the end of the war, and eventually became what is now known as the “Toyota Production System”.

The training cards cover Job Instruction, Job Relations, Job Methods and Job Safety. Several additional coaching cards are also included. The content of the cards has been updated for today’s user’s needs. We will be adding more cards on other subjects in the near future.
