Tweet Buzzword Bingo is a great new game to play on a Twitter hash tag. Find out who's tweeting the hot buzzwords on your chosen hash tag.
What does it do?
You can play Tweet Buzzword Bingo with your friends, colleagues or students, or use it to liven up the online discussion at conferences and workshops. Simply choose the hash tag you want to play on and choose up to 16 buzzwords to get going.
How does it work?
Layout up to 16 buzzwords on the bingo board in any order you like, enter your hash tag and then set the game going. Tweet Buzzword Bingo searches your hash tag every 30 seconds to find tweets containing your buzzwords, and will chirp at you when someone tweets one of them. Each time a buzzword is tweeted, our little bingo bird will hatch to show the revealed word. Tap on the revealed tile to find out who tweeted the word, when and read the full content of their tweet. You will also see matching tweets highlighted in the hash tag search results shown to the side of your bingo board. When all the buzzwords have been tweeted, the game is over. Tweet Buzzword Bingo will tell you who tweeted the most buzzwords and who tweeted the last buzzword to complete the game, so you can choose who to declare as the winner.
If you want to exclude someone from the game, simply add them to the list of people to ignore before you start your game. You might want to exclude yourself so you can offer hints without giving the game away!
