Application Description
Cignal TV-To-Go is the first ever live, mobile multi-media experience, made possible through the combined power of PLDT, Smart and Cignal.
It allows Cignal postpaid subscribers to watch Cignal channels on their tablet or on their smartphone, bringing the living-room experience of watching TV anytime, anywhere in the Smart 3G/LTE network, or wherever there is PLDT internet coverage. The application runs over the top (OTT) of both wired and wireless networks to deliver Cignal digital TV to supported mobile devices.
