This is the lite version of Tuscan Chef app. This version provides 4 authentic Tuscan recipes with home-made videos for iPhone and iPad.

A Tuscan chef shows how to easily prepare a wide variety of delicious Italian recipes in your home kitchen -- for iPhone and iPad.
My name is Alessandro Piccinini, and I am a private chef and caterer who also conducts cooking classes with vacationers in Tuscany. People are surprised to discover how easily and quickly they can make many of the fabulous dishes they eat in Italian restaurants, even making pasta from scratch. All of the recipes I demonstrate are simple and tasty, and are prepared in a common home kitchen with very basic equipment. In this App, food, not the chef, is the featured ingredient.
Recipes are divided into 7 categories: Antipasti (starters), Primi, (pastas), Carni (meats), Soups, Vegetables, Sauces and Desserts.
Among the antipasti, you will find the well-known BRUSCHETTA and the typical antipasto Toscano (Tuscan starter). There are different homemade pastas, including ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi, and the famous RIBOLLITA soup, along with the best sauces for each type of pasta and meat.
All recipes are provided along with videos that show you how to prepare the dishes. New recipes and videos will be released periodically.
