To begin with three simple mantras have been released:

Mool Mantar builds the foundation for meditation as 'Mool' means base, origin, the root of everything... This is essential to reach the Source and merge with. It's a first step to our ultimate goal of realisation.

Waheguru Mantar expresses our appreciation of our Guru i.e. our Guru's word. Explained simply Wahe+Guru = Wow to our Guru

Tuhi Tuhi Simran is a gratitude to our Guru for all the blessings in our lives.

This bonus Simran, Satnam Sri Waheguru, has been added to enhance further one's daily meditation. Our beloved Satguruji's Naam is an essential part of our daily prayers. By doing so, continuously and persistently, we begin to understand that remembering Waheguruji 24/7 is the ultimate realization. Enjoy the bliss and keep on sharing with one and all.

Reciting these mantras in the early hours of the morning takes advantage of the calmness and serenity of that time. However, any time of day spent in the remembrance of Waheguruji is fruitful.

To begin with, a few minutes contemplating on each Mantar is recommended. Gradually with time, persistence and most importantly, with His grace, the minutes turn to hours and hours to endless days, whereby each breath we take is a delightful ode to our Guru.
