If you just love biking. If you are a beginner, a mid level or a pro. If you are a personal trainer or a coacher. This App will certainly be a useful and strong tool for YOU!!

This App has unique features. DESIGN AND PLAN your training courses (steps, total time, calories and distance!).

It records your stats!!! calories, minutes, distance, cal/min and Av Heart Rate!! For totals, current day, current week, current month, last month, current year and last year!!

Choose PREDEF PROGRAMS, CREATE your own and share via Bluetooth!!

You will DESIGN AND PLAN your training program and RUN it!! Play your favorite iPod playlists and rock it!!

This app works even on Lock Screen!! It Notifies you about next steps to come!! It means battery life and system management! You only have to worry about biking!

Once you figure out how all that bunch of symbols (12 nice guys!) may help you to improve your cycling performance, you will be amazed and will take your biking experience to a whole new level!

Starting-up

To add a new user you will inform Name, Age, Weight (kg), gender and VO2 max (mL/kg/min). Go further and fill your 'meters per pedals revolution'!

If you do not know your VO2 max, declare yourself a beginner (Beg), mid level (Mid) or professional (Pro).

Activate User on 'Users Misc'

In 'Users Misc' you have: Activate User, See User Data (Name, Age, Weight, VO2 max, Gender and Heart Zones!), See User Stats or Edit User Data!!

On stats you will see calories, distance, minutes, cal/min and Average Heart Rate!!

The next exciting feature is in 'Add New Course'. Set your very own program!

You have 12 different choices (represented by SYMBOLS) to pedal on flat or climbing, jumping, changing speed, seated or standing!

In basics you have:

- Seated or Standing

- Flat or Climbing

- Climb Jump or Flat Jump: alternate Seated and Standing positions with NO speed change.

- Climb +-Speed or Flat +-Speed (Change Speed): now WITH speed change, alternating or NOT Seated and Standing positions.

- Flat Recovery: self explained. Low Heart Rate. Choose 65% of maximum heart rate.

- Flat or Climbing Techiniques.

- Sprint Standing: high load and high speed (short periods usually 05 to 15 seconds - 92% of maximum heart rate)

Once you finished your program, you SAVE it!!

Now you go 'Home' and 'Courses Misc' to RUN your course!

Options are: RUN, program description, edit (complete program editor), delete and SEND via Bluetooth!!! To receive a program via Bluetooth just tap 'Bluetooth' (between 'Home' and 'Help').

When you choose SEE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION, all programs will present the totals (time, calories and distance) as well as the basics of each step.

And afterwards you will see the BEST PART OF IT!!

On that screen you will see lots of important informations to EXCITE, MOTIVATE AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH!!

You have course overalls (time, distance and calories).

Downstream, the details of current step: title, cadence (rpm or km/h), heart rate and the chronometer. KEEP CADENCE and HEART RATE TARGETS!!!

You'll also have basic chrono controls and a glance of next step.

We strongly recommend that you have some knowledge about your health. Look for a doctor, physical educator (or the like) to be sure about what kind of activities you are able to do (flat +- speed for example are not recommended for beginners).

Other: it would be very very nice if you could use a heart monitor!! All the program steps will ask you to keep certain heart rate to maximize your performance and calculation accuracy (for calories for example).
