Application Description

Pad version of TSM Remote client to allow infield technicians the ability to access and update their back office TSM jobs in an online or offline environment.  Log jobs, equipment, time, parts used. Fill in check lists for OH&S. Signatures and cash receipts can be captured on job completion.  Also, view diary assignments and daily to do tasks.  Requires TSM to be installed on your back office server and registered and configured for TSM Remote.

- Changes
- Removed quotes from job filter. Quotes now have their own module selectable from the Right side module selector
- Removed stages and variations from job filter and display under all Jobs.
Stages / Variations are now treated in a similar way to Job Cards and are all visible in the one job list
- New config Option - [No of rows to return for customer search] - which allows user to set the maximum number of customer records returned to TSM Remote in Online mode.
This is useful if you have many thousands of customers which could slow down TSM Remote if they are all brought down.
- New Config option - [Customer search restricted to PDA] - to restrict customer search to send only those customer which have “Send To PDA” checkbox ticked in TSM
- Online – New Maintenance tab on Job Equipment screen which lets you select equipment from the TSM Maintenance module to add to the job. This option is only available in online and only when adding new equipment
- Service Requested now has Append option similar to Work Performed.
- Offline - You can no longer delete an online documents in offline mode. You can only delete documents added after the last Sync
- Added Up and Down arrows on all data grids which will make grid scrolling easier, especially on smaller screens.
- New icons on customer tab
- Call - Will dial the telephone
- Message - will send an SMS message
- Email - Will send an Email
- Added a new job centre column - customer Account status
- Customer Account Status now displays on screen below logout button
- Added customer address to customer search
- iPad: Increased photo quality. TSM Remote will now use the default Camera application to take photos
- Online - You can now view photos, text and PDF documents
- The TSM default job report will now be the initial report selected
- Quick time - Press Start / Finish and the time records will be automatically saved if there is a labour type
- Job Date filter will now use the assginment date if there is o
