Application Description
Office in Motion (OIM) mobile app for Take Shape For Life (TSFL) Health Coaches to access OIM on the go! This app is fully integrated with the online version of OIM and makes tracking you and your organizations progress easier than ever! Whether you are on a computer, tablet or on the go, updates will be immediately reflected in your OIM Mobile app. Need to run a report, then do it! All from your OIM Mobile app. Never miss your data again because you are on the go!
Everyone who downloads this app can:
- View OIM Mobile Ticker for a view of the Health Coach's progress for the given month
- Carry out Client searches (similar to the OIM Contact Report) that will provide the ability to find a specific or range of clients.
- Carry out Team Search (similar to the OIM Contact Report) that will provide the ability to find team(s).
- Run Orders Report that will provide information of order details placed within your organization. This report identifies who within the organization has (or has not) placed an order recently.
- Run Pending HC/HP Report - identifying who has purchased a Health Coach Career Kit, but has not completed the Activation Steps to become a Health Coach.
- Run Renewals Report providing a list of Health Coach’s within the organization that need to renew their Health Coach account within 30 days. The results can be viewed easily by level, rank, or renewal dates to get more specific information.
- View Progress Report which will provide the same report capabilities as in OIM. The Progress Report provides a snapshot of the Health Coach current monthly progress, which is displayed by percentage. When the Health Coach clicks on any ranking, a more detailed view displays comparing current rank performance to the rank requirements.
