True OEE Calculator calculates the True Process Efficiency, a metric similar to the commonly used Overall Equipment Effectiveness, or OEE.
TPE is a HAGEN measure and it slightly differs from OEE in two small but important ways.
1) TPE uses the Maximum Potential Speed of a process as the rated speed
2) TPE uses actual run speed to determine the lost time due to speed loss
