Trn.Trak is an iPhone app geared towards logging, balancing, and improving strength training. Schedule your training intervals and be reminded with a quick body overview. New workouts are defined from previous ones, allowing you to easily improve on what you did last time and of course throw in variations next time.

INITIAL RELEASE
We’re not interested in being the next all-encompassing gym-swole-bicep-busting app. We’re interested in changing the approach to strength training apps and its important for us to focus on you the user first. We hope to eventually charge for this product, but not without first ensuring we get its core right. Feel free to use our in-app feedback feature, we’re open to ideas and want to know priority features you need to continue your training, we’re listening!
