TripPak SERVICES, A Xerox Company, once again provides drivers convenience and carriers increased cash flow with TripPak MOBILE, the latest smart phone application that provides an easy way for drivers to capture documents anywhere using smart phone technology. You will need to complete an “Advanced Profile” with a valid Client ID/SCAC code which is provided by your fleet. Please call TripPak SERVICES at 1-877-435-7876 or call your Fleet if you do not know your Client ID. If your fleet does not yet use TripPak MOBILE, please call and ask them to sign up today.
Freight Tracking and Document Management is fast and easy with TripPak MOBILE, powered by uFollowit, at your fingertips. Not only can you produce real-time location information at a fraction of the price of satellite tracking and capture real-time proof of delivery with the consignee signature capture; you can capture all your load related documentation and upload it to your back office imaging system for workflow. The document management feature allows you to assign the documents to a trip number as well as provide document typing for each document that is uploaded. You will also be notified within the application whether or not your document images are readable before being sent to & processed by TripPak SERVICES.
Once your “Advanced Profile” is complete, you are ready to begin using TripPak MOBILE. Simply go to the “Edit Trip Detail” page on the iPhone application and click on the “Advanced” button to enter the appropriate information to establish your profile (NOTE: the fields marked with an asterisk are required). The TripPak MOBILE service instantly notifies your fleet at the time of pickup and delivery, provides regular in-transit statuses, allows you to image all load-related documentation, and even allows you to capture an electronic signature from consignees. The possibilities are endless, so be on the look-out for new, exciting and valuable updates/releases to the TripPak MOBILE application and its family of services designed to improve the logistics, distribution and supply chain for the trucking industry.
PLEASE NOTE: Continued use of the optional background Auto-Status / GPS feature built into this application can dramatically decrease battery life.
