This program allows medical personnel to quickly record notes, times, patient gender, age, chief complaint, vital signs, med administration, and triage information for multiple patients. Observations are date-stamped. A report can be generated at any time showing a specific patient's observations. This report can be emailed from the device.

TriageLink collects observations including:

- Level of consciousness
- Heart rate
- Blood pressure
- Respiration rate
- Oxygen saturation
- Blood glucose
- Pupils
- Lung sounds
- Skin color, temperature, moisture
- Glasgow coma score
- Triage status
- Administered medications
- Call times
- Call notes

Vital signs are recording using intuitive entry pages. Time-based observations (heart rate, respiration rate) may be collected utilizing a timed-entry feature.

Personally-identifying information is not collected.

The program includes a triage mode for rapidly collecting and managing triage information. After entering new patient age, gender, and a chief complaint or comment, the user is prompted through the START algorithm to determine triage status of the patient. Triaged patients are displayed in a visual format.
