Application Description
Trakd is designed to help you manage the target setting process for your students.
You can your classes and students and then assign them targets for future lessons. Trakd will organise all of the targets and let you know which classes and students have targets due.
Notes can be added to targets and they can be postponed as needed. You can also send each student an e-mail containing the targets they should be working on between lessons.

Requirements
Your mobile device must have at least 2.38 MB of space to download and install Trakd app. Trakd is available on iTunes for $3.99
