The Training Log by ASICS® app allows you to gain perspective and overcome obstacles by recording your daily workouts to measure your progress and learn more about the way your body works and reacts. Create custom training programs, track details of each run, set personal goals, receive athlete tips, explore local store offers and more!

-Create 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon custom training programs to help you achieve your running goals and set new personal records.

-Customize the training program to your schedule by choosing which day your long run day and rest days will fall.

-Track your runs during your workout with GPS to view your current route, distance, time and pace.

-Locking your screen allows you to save battery power while tracking your run.

-View actual mileage vs. goal mileage under the “all runs” section to keep yourself on track with your training.

-Record a prior run anytime by manually entering the details of your workout and app will automatically compute time and distance into pace.

-To avoid injury, record shoes used and the shoe alarm will notify you when your ASICS shoe has exceeded its mileage and needs to be replaced.

-Track specifics of each run with icons that match your mood, weather conditions, terrain and add notes to track successes.

-Set up and store multiple training logs for various training routines and future training reference.

-Stay informed of current local in-store promotions, new ASICS products, professional athlete tips and more!

Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life –always press finish after run has been completed.
