This game was originated from the classic 8-bit Apple II game, Snake Byte. The game used left/right arrow keys to turn directions. Touch Snake's movement is more complicated with smaller turning angle than the old game. Thus, it will give you more than a pleasure with the recollection of old games.

The way to operate this game: If snake swallows a mouse, the point is increasing and simultaneously the tail of the snake is extending. In the cases that snake is colliding with walls or with its own body, the game is over.

Meantime, snake swallows an item, the length of tail is shortened and whenever it swallows an item it is triggering fantastic sound effect.

Though this game is really a brief one, it is really and uniquely amusing and addictive.

In this upgrade version, we include a lot of effecting items and add some obstacles and stages like the classic Snake Byte.

Touch Snake는 아주 오래전의 8비트 컴퓨터인 Apple II에서 했던 고전 게임인 Snake Byte를 기초로 해서 만들어진 게임입니다.

Snakey Byte가 좌우 화살표로 90도씩 진행방향을 바꿀 수 있었던 것에 비해서 Touch Snake는 회전 각도가 더 작게 설정되어 있어서 고전의 추억과 함께 새로운 재미를 드립니다.

기본적인 게임방법은 뱀이 쥐를 먹으면 점수가 증가함과 동시에 꼬리가 길어지게 됩니다. 물론 벽이나 자기 자신의 몸과 충돌하면 게임이 끝납니다.

그리고 어떤 아이템은 먹으면 꼬리 길이가 줄어들기도 하고 아이템들을 먹을 때마다 재미 있는 음향효과가 나옵니다.

아주 간단한 게임이지만 하다보면 독특한 재미를 느끼실 수 있고 은근히 중독성이 있는 게임입니다.

이번 업그레이드 버전에서는 여러 가지 효과 아이템을 추가하고 고전 Snake Byte처럼 장매물과 스테이지도 추가되었습니다. 그리고 게임 중간에 일시정지할 수 있는 기능이 있어서 유용합니다.
