-Shortened time between content file downloads by one second per file.
-Enhancements to prevent database corruption from local changes conflicting with server changes.
-Enhanced progress meter for increased accuracy when downloading more than 4GB of content files.
-Fixed issue where two files with identical contents needed to use different files names, yet be stored only once.
