Top of the Italian Wine Guides 2012 is a unique tool for wine enthusiasts and professionals from this wonderful world: the App combines the judgments of excellence of the 6 main Italian wine guides. 2.065 wines with thousands of pieces of information (grapes, winemakers, addresses, etc) to surf the net in the certified excellence of Italian wine.

We considered the Italian Sommelier Association’s (AIS) “five bunches”, L’Espresso’s “wines of excellence”, the Gambero Rosso’s “three glasses”, the Veronelli Guide’s “super three stars”, Luca Maroni’s “best” and Slow Wine’s “slow wines”.

You can consult wines by classification: those that got the agreement of 6 out of 6 guides, those that satisfied 5 out of 6, right through to wines awarded by just one guide. Each wine-card allows you to look up a lot of info: for example you can find all the wines awarded within a particular wine style (white, red, rosé, sparkling, sweet, semi-sparkling), the best by grape variety (Chardonnay, Cabernet, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Corvina) or by Designation of Origin (Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino, Soave, Conero, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo).
