Application Description
Tooth Notes records notes about your teeth. It helps you talk with your dentist by remembering the tooth or gum. In the 3D view, drag to rotate teeth. Tap a tooth or gum to select it and see its name. Double tap to go to the note for that tooth. Check lists to record pains and dental work. Type a note, enter a date. Contains a full set of 32 adult teeth including wisdom teeth.

Your mobile device must have at least 3.93 MB of space to download and install Tooth Notes app. Tooth Notes is available on iTunes for $0.99
