"Tokinokane" is a meaning of time bell.
In this application program, Time can be converted from "Koku" and "Koku" from Time. And When "Koku"time comes, the time bell is sounded.

"Koku" is a unit of time which varies depending on the season, so that six of them fit between sunrise and sunset. The delimitation to which 24 capitation of one year by the solar position is used as a season.
