This is an application for inspecting and creating statements on a Tin Can LRS. It can also inspect/create activity states, activity profiles, and actor profiles. You can use this app to determine Tin Can compliance between your learning content and a Tin Can LRS.

You can use this application to connect to any LRS that uses Basic HTTP authentication. Once connected, you can inspect the stream of statements sent to the LRS by your Learning Activity Provider and verify that the statements are being reported correctly. You can also verify that activity states are being persisted to the LRS and actor/activity profiles are being stored properly.
