This app is free of charge from Times Telecom upon activation of a Bell or Solo mobile phone from any Times Telecom –Bell retail store or upon activation of Times Telecom “Homephone plan”.

Times Telecom Soft Client service comes with one year free Canada number with unlimited local calling. Users can make long distance calls with lowest rate to any countries.
