Here is an app to help you with that and more..

This app is designed to be used either by itself or in conjunction with a form of life coaching or therapy.

You can use it to setup redefined times to run or use it on an adhoc basis whenever you feel the need to reflect, relax or de-stress.

There are currently two main processes. Each require that you find a place where you can focus on the questions and instructions given.
The Reflective process will ask you a set of questions designed to help you identify, acknowledge and integrate unconscious contents that might be bothering you. These maybe things you are already aware of or might be new things that you're unconscious of.

The Breath Awareness process is designed to help you engage the relaxation response. It is a very simple process of observing your breathing and mental focus. This will help you to relax and completely De-Stress.

You will be asked about your current stress levels and state of being before and after each session. This allows the app to chart your process so that you can see it graphically on the stats page. If you would like you can also email your stats to your psychologist, therapist or life coach.
