therapyConnect was created by therapists for therapists and families.

It’s a genuine effort to bring together parents, clinicians, and other support staff, while providing a platform on which to create and connect treatment plans in the areas of:

* Speech-Language Therapy

* ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

* Occupational Therapy and other rehabilitative therapeutic disciplines that collect and quantify data during treatment.
* Structured teaching methods, such as discrete trial teaching (DTT)

* Tutoring and educational services, especially those for children with language and behavior-based impairments.

If your therapist uses therapyConnect, you can monitor and participate in your therapy program. All it takes is the username and password for the profile ID and you are immediately connected to everything your child is doing in therapy. You can see their progress, what they are working on, and be more thoroughly involved with their therapy through tools like the behaviorTracker and the communicationLog.
therapyConnect is meant to:
*Connect families and therapists/instructors by using tools such as the behaviorTracker or the communicationLog
* Save hundreds of hours per year otherwise collecting and interpreting data, and efficients the report writing process.
* Create useful, parent-friendly progress reports that reflect real data obtained during treatment
* Store attendance records for any size caseload, as you can create as many profile IDs as you need.

RECORD AND TRACK USEFUL TREATMENT DATA
Create a new profile ID for each of your client treatment plans, use your new login and password to share access with parents and other educators or service providers. Create as many treatment profiles as you need!
The dataTracker lets you access your current programs, information about targets and results, and record new data to existing programs or profile IDs.
From there you can also access the program manager, which allows you to manage the programs in your treatment plan /Profile ID.
From this page you can also access our programDatabase, on this page you can browse through our program library, create your own program, or modify an existing program before importing to your client's treatment plan.

BETTER, EFFECTIVE, USEFUL CONTACT NOTES
The contact note page assists you by creating a contact note that is automatically filled with your client's demographic/background information, objective data for the day, date of contact and other details. Only information that you have updated in the "Background Information" page will be included.
The objective data field will be already populated with the notes and percentages you chose to include for further reports.
You can obtain a parent/guardian/client signature at the end of your session, to be included in your note.
The contact note is fully editable, so you can make any appropriate changes before finalizing and sending.
You can send an electronic copy of your contact note to whoever you wish, or pre-set it to include your email and the parent's email as recipients.
Whenever a contact note is generated, the assistance record is updated to reflect the date of contact.
If your session is a cancellation/no call-no show, you can type a reason for such and file in your client's assistance record, by cliking the "no call/no show" button.
