The Gap App is designed to connect Mental Health Patients with Mental Health Providers in the rural areas of Idaho, where information has been difficult to access in the past. By utilizing new technology, patients can now have all the information they need instantly from their mobile device. They will be linked to Medical Doctors, Mental Health Providers, clinics, Peer Support groups and more with the goal of providing improved care options for all patients resulting in improved health and quality of life.
