The Food Guide is essentially a fresh food encyclopaedia. It contains food facts along with information about when foods are in season, which vitamins and minerals they contain and what foods they match.
The Food Guide does more then simple food matching/ pairing, it taking the idea a step further by working out which foods match the food pair, I have called this a food triad, it is hoped that this will lead you to some food combinations which you would never have thought of on your own.
There's also a glossary of food terminology, along with an information section that includes, amongst other things, advice on what to look for when buying the different food types.
