The Fast Food Diet
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Have you ever been in a situation where you need to eat fast food or take out, even though you are on a strict diet? Wouldn't it have been amazing if you could open up an app and have it figure out what items fit into your diet?
The Fast Food Diet is that app. What started out as a personal project grew into something much bigger. Items and stores are rated based off of the three main diet styles; cutting, bulking, and maintaining. Don't like the theme? Change it with the theme settings!
- Maintaining: Don't want to gain or lose anything
- Cutting: Trying to lose fat but keep muscle
- Bulking: Gaining muscle, keeping fat gain to a minimum
With over 45 stores and nearly 8000 items inside the database, you can feel assured that wherever you decide to eat you'll have a health rating.
Also included are restaurant averages, ratings based on highest and lowest health items. A simple graph chart shows the exact content ratios. Want a more in depth view of an item? Why not check out the custom nutritional label?
All information was gathered directly from the restaurants, either in person or through their websites.
