The Chancellor's Gold treasure hunt app - The Chancellor has mislaid some gold coins somewhere in London. Can you follow the clues to London landmarks and find the gold before he realises? (N.B. Currently only running in iOS 4 & 5.)
Explore London online or in person and win real gold, with a new level of the game released each month from May to September 2011.
Each game has 7 photos of 7 locations in London, UK, linked by being close to each other or by theme.
In May, June and July/August, answer all 7 questions correctly to have a chance of winning a one ounce gold Britannia (approximate value £1,000/$1,600).
From September, one clue per month will be released - be the first to solve the puzzle and win a one ounce gold Britannias (approximate total value £1,000/$1,600).
- May's game has seven locations between Trafalgar Square and Parliament Square.
- June's starts at St. Paul's Cathedral and takes you through The City.
- July/August's is round central London's palaces.
- September's is... well, that one you'll have to work out yourself!
