Hello, my name is Sarah Key.

Have you been given multiple 'explanations' for your back that don't quite ring true?

I hear this from my patients every day.

As a physiotherapist specialising solely in problem backs I've been in the game for decades, with many thousands of hurting backs passing under my hands. I see people from all walks of life from all over the world and they all present in the same way: frustrated and brought low by glib diagnoses and their endless (and expensive) trudge from door to door - and a treatment that works! Fortunately, we’re beginning to understand better the causes of back pain, particularly 'simple' or non-specific back pain that afflicts such vast numbers of people.

Our sedentary lifestyle takes a toll on the shock absorbing discs between our vertebrae but part of the conundrum is that this creates a function fault that does not show itself readily to diagnostics, other than by palpating with the human hands.

THE BACK APP videos will show you how you can help your discs stay better hydrated and more squishy to restore the wonderful compliance and shock absorption to the spine that mother Nature intended.
