Application Description
The Apple Thief is a run and jump game in which you play a street urchin (played by my kid) and have to outrun a chubby policeman (played by my dad) to get home to your little sister (played by my other kid). It features 100% hand drawn artwork inspired by the silent films of the early 20's and the music of James P. Johnson. It is quite short but it was handcrafted with a whole lotta love and it has a beautiful ending.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to steal an apple to start the game. I thought it was pretty obvious but it hasn't been for some people. I mention it just in case anybody thinks the game is broken. I thought it would be refreshing not to have a "START" button for once! Also, you can find the game credits by tapping the game title.
