Rise & Shine lets you wake up to the sounds of our TELUS critters, your favorite song, or even a pre-recorded video message, so your loved ones will always be close by. And for those who need a little extra push in the morning, you can set multiple alarms to help get you there on time. We’ve also included a special interactive counting game to help you fall asleep.

•Make sure your phone is not locked and the app is open and running on screen.
•Turn up the volume on your phone, especially if you’re a heavy sleeper
•Make sure your phone is not set on silent or do not disturb (We only have your best interest at heart.)
