Application Description
Finally you can follow our work and the status of your electronic bridge and ships 24h a day! Know in real time what is happening to your navigation and communications equipments all over the world using TELEMAR WORLD SERVICE (TWS) on your mobile device.
TWS is a tool for managing the CONTRACT SERVICE REQUESTS. This tool is a real time, on-line management system providing shipowners with a confidential up to the minute status report on all service requests placed on Telemar. TWS is used successfully by about 2,000 commercial ships worldwide. Now it is also on iPhone and iPad. Imagine to address, facilitate and track the servicing activities on board your ships so much easier – only a click or call away in mobility, on travel and from any part of the ship at any time.
Each customer will be able to access his own ships through password protection. Access to other clients is not possible.
This Application may be used by Telemar customers only and access has to be obtained by authorized Telemar staff.
