TBWE is an initiative of Multimedia Applications Laboratory (LAM) of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and the City of Viladecans Foundation, conducted under the iCell (design units) of the Master in Business, Design and Technology driven Politècnica de Catalunya Foundation and Telefónica Learning Services FPC TLS.
Its mission is to provide professional communities and leisure a safe environment where they can share and formalize their audiovisual publications, with the possibility of incorporating records of intellectual property.
