TBSS is one of the scoring systems to predict the necessity of Massive Transfusion for sever trauma patients, which reported in American Heart Association Resuscitation Science Symposium 2012 in L.A. TBSS was made by the retrospective study and the prospective study about TBSS has not been performed. So, no medical decision should be based solely on results provided by this score.
