Taxi Driver Companion
Track, export (CSV/spreadsheet) & email (with single day or date range) your:
- Fares.
- Deductions.
- End of day reports.
- Business activity statements.
- Tax calculation assistance.
Daily tracking of fares and end of day reports are made simple with:
- Pre-fill driver details with a once off sign in.
- Fares are combined with log on / log off to calculate 'end of day' reports.
- Business activity statements are calculated based on daily takings & deductions
- Deductions feature can use mobile devices camera to file receipts.
Communicate with other drivers:
- Track hazards (accidents, traffic jams, road closures, radar reports).
- Track events (festivals, cruise ships, flight arrivals, etc).
- Share and synchronise events and hazards with other drivers or just send messages.
Extras:
- Taxi fare estimator (tariff zone, waiting time, booking fee, eftpos surcharge, distance).
- Direct link to Brisbane airport domestic and international arrival times/delays.
- Links to jobs num look up, driver training & other material are pending approval.
- Edit cut off rates, admin and insurance rates.. more links & material to be added.
